① Misunderstanding with regard to the payment method
- 1. I asked my family member, friends/colleagues and others concerned to pay, but they have forgotten to pay.
- 2. Because the money has been deposited into an incorrect account by bank transfer, it is impossible to confirm transfer/payment.
- 3. We had made a mistake by paying another amount/fee and we were under the impression that we already made the payment.
- 4. I intended to choose credit payment or cash on delivery, but I made a mistake and postpayed it.
- 5. I chose credit payment or direct debit but the payment has not been made due to insufficient funds.
- 6. Payment has not been made due to the renewal of credit card, The payment method has changed.
② Misunderstanding of subscription Agreement
- 1. I misunderstood with the shipment made in other months.
- 2. I completed the cancellation procedure, but there was an unpaid fee before cancellation.
- 3. Although the person concerned intends to have requested cancellation procedure, him/her has not followed the procedure specified by the selling company for cancellation. Hence it is not being cancelled.

Payment is accepted only by bank transfer. If you use the payment form directly issued by the selling company, we can not confirm payment and we may cause trouble by sending you a reminder letter again.Please pay by "bank transfer" according to the sealed letter you received.
